Doubled Die Obverse (DDO)
Doubled Die Obverse coins can be hard to identify by just looking a it, but not all can be that hard to identify, such as the one shown above. Most Double Die Obverse coins have very little doubling, but there are a few coins with heavy doubling that can be worth tens of thousands of dollars. The most common places to see doubling is the year, and usually on the “IN-GOD-WE-TRUST”.
